2017 Door County CTA Recipient Faye Blank from High Point InnCongratulations FAYE for Being Chosen as Certified Tourism Ambassador of the Year in Door County!

We are so excited to announce that Faye, our Assistant Manager, has been chosen as the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) of the Year for Door County. This past spring at the Tourism Breakfast hosted by the Door County Visitor Bureau (DCVB) they named Faye, the CTA of the Year. This award is presented annually to a local Certified Tourism Ambassador who exemplifies excellence in hospitality and customer service. This individual consistently exceeds customer expectations, possesses a strong knowledge of Door County and its attractions, and promotes the ideals of the Door County Tourism Ambassador Program.

Faye has striven to offer fantastic experiences for all by using personal experiences to adapt and improve what we offer. From tourist excursions such as whale watching california experiences, to visiting the Grand Canyon, Faye has used these personal experiences to develop experiences that will create the best memories, whilst catering to the needs of whoever she meets.

We always knew Faye exceeded customer expectations and hospitality and we’re so pleased that she was chosen for this well-deserved award. Faye is one of the many reasons guests keep coming back to High Point to stay. It’s our staff, family atmosphere and our cozy suites where everybody feels welcome.
